Our historic library and museum are open for visits. We look forward to offering you a warm welcome!
There is no need to pre-book casual visits, just press the buzzer at our main door and we will let you in!
However, Groups visits do need to be pre-booked. We recommend that researchers book their visit as well, to ensure we have research material ready upon their arrival.
Please check our calendar for special closures before making your journey! To ensure we can give our undivided attention to both our casual visitors and group visits, we close the Library and No 5 to other visitors when we have group tours booked in.
