We are looking for a Visitor Engagement Officer to assist with the day-to-day operation of the Library and No 5 Vicars\u2019 Hill and who will assist in the planning and implementation of programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They will be responsible for the delivery of an efficient, effective, courteous and comprehensive visitor experience to a broad range of groups, including schools, tourists and community and church groups.  Engagement with specific groups, such as the under 5s and those living with dementia, will be required as the organisation works to become respectively a Playful Museum and a Dementia Friendly Museum.  It also plans to promote inter-generational engagement and activities.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
